The Dashboard: An overview of all of your data. Watch as the Weight and Measurements charts populate with every data point you enter in the Fitness Plan page. The Dashboard also has links to every page you need to access. Start with Step 1 and Step 2 to get yourself going!
Weekly Fitness Plan: This is where you set all of your goals and targets. You will see the Dashboard charts populate when you start to input data in the measurements section. You can also "select" your workout and rest days by simply filling in a color as shown on the worksheet.
Weekly Meal Plan: This sheet is for my fellow meal planners and marco counters. If you don't count macros, you can just use the first "cals" (calories) cell. All of these numbers will automatically populate onto your weekly spread section, calculating all of your daily numbers as well as copying over your meals! Simply enter your meal in the cell that says "meal # name" along with its nutrition information underneath.
Weekly Spread: These worksheets are what you will be using day to day! There is space to input your workouts, habits, and reflect on the progress you are making. You will also see all of your meal plan data at the top of each day. If you need to edit that data, go back to that week's meal plan. The cell that you should populate yourself is "Cals out" to allow the tool to calculate your daily calorie deficit.
